National Distribution & Contracting (NDC) is the largest organization of independent medical, surgical, dental and laboratory distributors in North America representing over 280 member distributors internationally.

NDC's services extend beyond just product access to also include marketing, advertising, sales training, competitive pricing, master distribution and logistics through its two state-of-the-art distributions centers in Tennessee and Nevada, private label programs such as the popular Pro Advantage brand, sales administration and GPO access.

For almost 60 years, NDC's comprehensive program has allowed member distributors the opportunity to compete head-to-head with large national suppliers, as well as better service local market needs.

Medical Supplies Depot is an active member of NDC and has been recognized multiple times for annual sales growth as well as being awarded the NDC Marketing Excellence Award in 2009. Several MSD team members have completed NDC University's advanced sales training and operations training. MSD has also been represented on NDC's Long-Term Care Advisory Council.
